Power yoga is generally known as the western version of Ashtanga yoga and the Indians focused this yoga. Beryl Bender Birch was the one who gave the name as Power Yoga to this yoga. He was a famous teacher of Ashtanga Yoga and at the same time author of Power Yoga.
